Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original condition and include all tags, accessories, and a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to send it back to our processing center.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
